Poster Instructions
Dimensions
Poster dimensions are to be 36 inches by 46 inches. Layout may be either landscape or portrait style.
Velcro attachment material will be provided for the poster exhibit. Push pins and thumb tacks may not be used.
Set-up Instructions
When checking in at the Symposium, you will receive a proceedings book at the registration check-in table. In the back of that book is an Author Index. Locate your name in the Index, then go to the page in the book where your abstract is printed. There you will see the number to the left of your abstract title. This is your poster number.
Locate the presentation board with your number and set up your poster. Velcro attachment material will be provided.
Set up times for poster display will be announced closer to the event.
