Parking permits are required for all vehicles parking on campus.
- If you are staying at the Nittany Lion Inn you will receive a complimentary parking permit with your room reservation.
- If you are staying at Eastview Terrace, on-campus housing, you should purchase your parking pass when completing your room reservation form with Conference Services. This parking pass will allow you to park near your housing.
- Staying off campus and commuting to campus daily. You will need to purchase a parking pass through the cvent registration process.
Registrants are responsible for their own travel, lodging arrangements, and meals.You will be notified promptly of any cancellations, schedule, or program changes. Conferences and Short Courses will confirm your enrollment in the program. Refunds (minus a $50 processing fee) will be made for cancellations received in writing by April 18, 2017. After this date, the participant or organization will be held responsible for the registration fee. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
Please complete and submit your registration with payment as soon as possible to facilitate preparation of your Summer Symposium packet.

*The Symposium registration fee includes admission to all May 10 -12, 2017 Symposium sessions and receptions, an electronic Symposium proceedings book, refreshments during the breaks between sessions and the closing reception dinner. Attendees are responsible for their own travel, lodging arrangements, and meals. Names of participants who register by May 1 will be printed in the electronic proceedings book.
